I liked getting updates on the repair much like a package transported by UPS. Leslie set our expectations and gave us information about the best outcome and possible issues that could arise. I never knew getting parts in a timely manner could make repairs take longer. I'd come back but hope I don't have to.

The staff and service at Gerber Collision were great. They did an amazing job with my Jeep after I accidentally played bumper cars with another vehicle. It looks like new. They even detailed it. I got a call at least twice every week with updates on the progress of my vehicle, which I really appreciated. They also called if there was something unexpected that came up. When the repair took a little longer than expected, the manager even picked up part of the tab on my rental car. I hope I never need body collision services again, but if I do, I'll for sure go back to Gerber!
