Brooke was the person who worked with us. She realized I had 2 unrelated insurance claims on the same vehicle & asked if combining both into one visit was OK, then made it happen when I agreed. Gerber dis a great job & I could see Brooke was happy with the result and that I liked it. The work was done quickly & well & Brooke simplified my life a little, which I appreciate a lot.
