Repair took way longer than anticipated. I understand things happen but it wasn’t communicated well my car sat for over a month there. When I dropped it off I was told 2 weeks. I maxed out my rental coverage and had to pay out of pocket 615.00 dollars and the last week I had to ask family to lend me a car due to the high prices of rental cars. I wished the parts for my car wld of been ordered and ready for the week I dropped off my car and I wished if there was something wrong with the parts I wld of had a call and choice to go pick up my car so I wldnt of maxed out my rental coverage

Was informed it was a two day turnaround and ended up being over 4 weeks. Little to no communication unless i called or checked the status. Did not request new parts from insurance. Worst experience so far by Gerber. Would NOT recommend
