From the moment I entered Gerber’s office (and of course from the initial positive phone call) I felt that the staff really cared about me personally and not just as a car repair customer due to an accident. Being fearful, in pain, and not knowing what to expect, I was overwhelmingly calmed by the entire staff, and I was so appreciative. I am grateful to Miss Rose, Brandon, Nick, Miss Julie, and the workers who worked on my car that I have never seen or met. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart! (I hope they enjoyed the baked goods I brought today) The staff was incredible every step of the way (Especially Brandon and Miss Rose, who both went beyond the call of duty and helped me numerous times) explaining what to expect for my car, answering my questions and reiterating they were happy to help in any way they could. I am so grateful for this experience in what was, quite honestly, life changing for me. I am sincerely grateful.

Everyone was so friendly they kept me up-to-date Dailey with messages of how they’re doing with the car had it ready four days before they even thought they would finish it in the car turned out just wonderful. I was so happy. The office is neat and clean and organized, and everyone was so helpful. I highly recommend to anyone that needs their car fixed Gigi.

I was very impressed. I was getting calls or text messages every day telling me about what they were doing with my car and how much longer it may be. I got my car back four days earlier than expected. All the employees were extremely helpful and courteous. And I was very impressed. How clean and organized everything was. I will definitely pass on the name and phone number for anyone I know who needs their car repaired.

After I communicated the issues after I picked up my vehicle. As a customer I didn't receive the answers that sufficed. I was told to go see a dealer regarding a correction that needed to happen from there repairs. Instead of saying we'll take care of it they left it on me. And this happened when it was in there care. Very disappointed.

I'm not satisfied. I picked up my vehicle and the repairs had issues. And my unblock sound no longer works. As a customer I'm not satisfied with the response to my issues..I paid on time and communicated with them. I now have to go to a dealer for them to rectify the issues. Second I went into my truck and some random screws were sitting there. I have no idea where they came from and where they belong. So I'm very disappointed. They did not clean up there mess properly.
