I wouldn't recommend using Gerber collision center for any of your needs period. My air conditioning was knocked out in a front end collision. My radiator was pushed back eight inches from the same collision, they reused both damaged components and reassembled the vehicle with them. The air conditioning system still has a leak and won't cool at all because they preformed substandard work and reinstalled damaged components. They didn't preform an a/c leak detection dye test to locate the source of the leak until I suggested it. And then I had to supply the leak detection dye for the test, I was told they couldn't provide it? They reassured me it would all be taken care of and repaired. They called me a day later and said they couldn't locate the source of the leak. Then told me the vehicle was ready to be picked up with "no a/c". I would love nothing more than this survey to be affective and finally cut through the b.s.and get my vehicle repaired correctly. Unsatisfied Customer
