Gerber has excellent customer service and provide excellent repair work. I was given a thorough explanation of the process from beginning to end. The technician communicated the repair progress daily. All paperwork involved was explained in detail by front desk staff, along with providing car rental arrangements to include car dropoff and return at the Gerber location. My experience is; Gerber excels in every area.
