Wayne Knox was very friendly and fully explained what was necessary for repairs. He offered to come in on a Saturday when I wasn’t sure if I could come get my car on Friday. Fortunately things changed were he did not have to come in on Saturday. Thanks for everything.

The updates were good, but closer to the completion of the repair the updates were received later in the morning. We were a bit spoiled at first.

The updates were regular and early in the day, but as the estimated due date lagged the updates got later in the day. They spoiled us, but towards the end I had to call them.

I had a great experience with scheduling, quoting and repair updates. However, I will need to schedule a return trip because my camera sensors are off - I’ve been getting driver assistance and cross traffic warnings since I’ve gotten my vehicle back. I’m currently out of town and will call once I’m back.
