process is extremely long and one item was not repaired when pointed out they gladly gave a solution. very satisfied with the work couldn't be happier. That's the only reason for the 9 .

Overall, the truck looks amazing, but there is 3 spots/areas that the clearcoat is messed up or you could say was never sprayed in these areas. That doesn't take away from the quality work y'all do, but not sure how it wasn't found during quality control after it was reassembled. I'm not worried, because I know it will be fixed correctly.

I would recommend for the quality of the work, but the final cost seemed excessive for the light amount of hail damage that was repaired.

I would give a better score had they not broken the ends of my roof rack which was not part of the original repair. We discovered it just prior to driving off in the newly repaired vehicle.

My truck looks new. All hail dents are gone and a difficult paint color was matched perfectly. Personable and knowledgable staff were very pleasant and easy to deal with. Very happy with the experience.
