Took my daughter to International Paint & Body in Pearland. Everyone at the place is very nice and courteous. Especially James Barlett, he took care of us well. My daughter was involved in an accident, where she got rear-ended on the freeway. He assisted us dealing with Insurance and even offered to return the car rental when we picked up her car. My daughter's BMW looks brand new again. I strongly recommend International Paint & Body, see James he will take care of you.

The edge around my window was popped off and the clip broken and I’m not sure how when it wasn’t that way when I brought it in. It has to be fixed and new clips ordered to fixed correctly. Other clear coat sheets will need to be redone since they didn’t set correctly. Experience was good all in all. But at holidays I wish the importance and push to bring a check was not repeated multiple times. Sometimes people have to put things on a credit card. I get the extra fees, but sometimes it’s necessary and I would rather not feel quilted into providing a check when my best interest is to pay my deductible via card. Thank you for working on my car and getting it completed.
