During the first morning that I took my vehicle there and went over what happened accident wise, the estimator said that they would perform an alignment and check the ADAS. When I went to pick up the vehicle, the estimator had decided the car did not need an alignment. I asked what test was done to determine this, as in was there a printout of the 4 wheel alignment results to show it was not needed. The estimator said no, but it looked fine and was driven at the shop. Instead a note at the bottom of my final printout said "alignment not needed" without a proper check and printout of the current alignment status. My vehicle had the same mileage out as went in with.

I did not appreciate being treated like doodoo by the female at the front desk the very first time I set foot there and by the estimator that was assigned to my vehicle.

There was a very slight paint flub with three protruding dots. Which Alec kindly pointed out. I very much appreciate the honesty. And he even advised that I could bring my truck back in to fix it.

Alec was great through and through. I never caught the names of the women who were there upon my first visit, but their customer service could be improved upon. Not a single smile during any interactions. And I felt like I had to fish for information regarding the insurance process that Caliber should know more about given they work closely with both insurance companies involved with the accident I was in.
