Every person at this office that I interacted with was extremely nice, personable, informative and helpful. They had my car fixed and back in my hands in 10 days, which was on par with the estimate of time they gave me. They sent texted updates every step of the way which I really appreciated. They work with the enterprise down the street, which was very convenient and when returning the rental I was able to leave it with them rather than have to add an extra step and drop it myself, which was very helpful as I have 3 kids which means 3 car seats. 100% would recommend taking your car here for any and all repairs. Extremely satisfied!

I was very satisfied with the repair Franks did to my Truck. The quote the responsible party sent was of over 1K short. Franks Collision got that quote amended and I was able to have some new OEM parts. The Truck looks very nice. It was done in a timely manner and I was provided updates as the repair was completed. The manager, receptionist and estimator were very pleasant and professional.
