Recently tangled with a light pole and damaged the driver side door of my late model GMC pickup truck. Cannot say enough good things about Frank's Collision in Webster and the fine folks they have on staff there in the front office and in the bays. The estimator (Alex) did an outstanding job of pricing the repair and keeping me informed every step of the way. Could not be more happy with the outcome as the truck looks better than new! I've used Frank's over the years for several repairs and they never disappoint.

Frank's Collison Repair get a nine because they did a great job repairing the vehicle and keeping us up to date every time they pick up date was changed because the vehicle wasn't ready as expected. I'm taking away 2 points, because when the vehicle was finally ready for pickup and my husband had to return the rental vehicle unfortunately due to miscommunication between Frank's Collision and the car rental company, I had to end up calling the insurance company and my husband had to wait unnecessarily at the rental company for over an hour and a half just to get the okay to drop off the rental vehicle.
