The employees are very nice and The work was done in very timely manner and my car looks excellent. I hope I never have to have car work done again but if I do I would use Frank's again.

Overall I am very pleased with service at Franks Collision … there was only one small issue with inside of car I had lots of debri I’m guessing from work performed on vehicle and it was all over from front to back inside of car . Had to take vehicle to get cleaned inside .

Qc is not what it should be

Took 4 Times to get my truck right. Also put small dent in bumper while fixing and messed up new PPF. Which was fixed by Frank’s. The QC of the jobs is O ever since Darren and Amanda left.
