There should be better communication Delivery time should be more accurate When told that certain parts would be replaced they should be.

I was initially told the back bumper would be replaced and it wasn't,so it's not square to the truck body.at a glance it looks ok but I can see it is not right.the rest of the work seems ok

The lady at the front desk o think her name is Lupe was very professional, David on the other hand didn't return my calls every time I called for him he was on the phone with another customer or away from his desk..on 09/11/26 I was supposed to pick up my vehicle so after not getting a call from him I decided to call at 4pm to see if I could get my vehicle, he called me at 6pm stating that the mirror hadn't arrived.so it would be Monday before I could get it

Picked up car, had to take back following day because “plastics holding side panel fell off… returned 1 day later with another dent in what they replaced due the holiday weekend said to bring back on “Tuesday & would be ready same day. NOT. Then was told it would be ready the following day by noon. NOT… now have another rental car because they have had it for the 2nd time going on 5 days. Hopefully, will get car by Monday. Would not recommend this place.
