I am VERY satisfied with my entire experience with Crash Champions. From the moment I called, Rosie was extremely helpful, and explained everything that would happen. They dealt with my insurance for me. When I arrived to drop off my car, they had me picked up to go select a rental car. David handled the repairs, and kept me updated every single day as to what was happening and the ongoing progress. I was given an estimated pickup date. My car was ready when they promised. When I picked it up, they said they would handle the rental car return for me. It was all so easy! I will definitely be referring people to Crash Champions.
