The young lady at the front desk at the deer park is rude and lies to the customer because she dont like to be bothered i called a few times to get things fixed, and she acted like i was bothering her because my car wasnt fix when i got it back the trunk wasnt even it was off by a inch and the paint inside the trunk was was scratched and the latch was loss i was told if i want to get touch up paint to call them and they would make it for me so i did two wks ago and i still dont have it . They do the work fast so but no quality and the young lady at the deer park loc needs to work on her people skills.

My truck went in for a small repair and they didn’t paint it right the first time and when I said something the manager gets mad, when I tell him to reference his images taken he gave me the run around. The small repair took 18 days to repair.

This is the second time they have worked/painted my car. Once from a wreck and another from faded factory paint that needed repainting. I have other cars that I will be taking to them for paint work.

The first person you meet is the receptionist at the front desk who was friendly. She set me up with Cooper to evaluate my car. He was extremely helpful and was still friendly waiting almost 30 minutes over because I could not get there before closing. 👍👍

Classic Collision were very efficient! Brought my car in and only took a few days and it was ready to pick up. Cooper did a great job, my car looks like new! They also cleaned and wash my car!
