I recently had my truck serviced at this repair shop and would like to share my overall experience. After the initial repair, I encountered several issues upon receiving my vehicle, including an unleveled bumper, missing trim pieces, and some chipping in the newly applied paint. I returned to the shop to have these concerns addressed, and I must say the team did an excellent job correcting the original issues during the second visit. While there was still some minor mishandling of additional items that required attention, the staff remained responsive and willing to make things right. On my third visit, I was particularly impressed with the new front office personnel. They were professional, accommodating, and demonstrated excellent customer service. Communication was clear and timely throughout the process, and the turnaround time was efficient—I had my truck back within 2–3 days. Overall, while the experience required multiple visits to fully resolve all concerns, I appreciate the shop’s commitment to correcting the issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. The improvement in service and communication, especially during the final visit, reflects positively on their dedication to quality and customer care.
