I brought my vehicle to Gerber Collision following an auto accident in which the majority of the damage occurred to the front end of my car. As a result of the accident, my vehicle shut off, could not be turned back on, all dashboard warning lights illuminated, and the vehicle had to be towed. At the time of drop-off, I clearly explained these details and concerns. I spoke with John, who informed me that he had inspected the vehicle, observed the issues I described, stated that he understood what was wrong, and assured me that the necessary repairs would be handled. When I picked up my vehicle, the front-end body repairs appeared to be completed; however, all dashboard warning lights remained illuminated, indicating that the original mechanical and safety concerns related to the accident had not been addressed. When I requested assistance, Mr. Shannon came out and stated that he was not familiar with the details of the accident and had just stepped in. He advised that I take the vehicle to a mechanic, have the mechanic write a letter identifying the problem, and bring it back so it could be forwarded to the insurance representative. At this time, my vehicle is sitting in my driveway and is still not fully repaired. Additionally, it is now leaking from the front passenger side. My primary concern is that the vehicle was returned to me with unresolved safety issues directly related to the accident, making it unsafe to drive. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through, especially after being told the issue had been identified and would be handled.

everyone I encountered wasvery professional attentive, and totally concerned with the customers needs. Your receptionist is very personable and knowledgeable. all the gentlemen I dealt were very concerned about the customer satisfaction and they were just total professionals. Best service I’ve had in many years outstanding staff thank you very much for your very positive attitude.

Absolute garbage, poor attention to detail, misaligned door gaps, damaged paint, and made new scratches in paint and trim. Charged for repair that wasn't done.
