All I can say is wow. Monica and Rochelle were phenomenal throughout the entire repair process. From the moment I called to inquire about a repair I felt welcome to the shop, when I came in to bring my car I was met with some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, and I felt informed and comfortable with every step of the process. I can now say I’ve found MY body shop and know who to recommend whenever possible.

From the moment I called I was met with the most incredible customer service I’ve experienced while dealing with an auto repair. When I brought my car in for the initial appointment Rochelle was incredibly personal with me and made sure that I understood everything that was being told to me and made sure that all of my ducks were in a row.
