Everything was spot on. From communication with my insurance company to lining up my rental car. Delivered my vehicle when you said you would. I was very impressed and would recommend you in the future. However, the fact that my Legal Tender for all debts, public and private 100 dollar bills were not acceptable or welcome at your business I will not recommend you. I may have to come back again because my insurance had me go to your shop. I will inquirer about another shop besides Gerber. I will not come there on my own dime. Not only did they manage the insurance work very well and do a great job, but they also fixed a couple of other issues at the same time which cost me a lot less than doing them later.
