The work done was fabulous. The truck looks new. My only complaint was a couple of items that didn’t get done. I don’t feel I got credit for them and getting someone to call me back was difficult at times. But all things considered the truck looks good

I would absolutely recommend them. The repair quality was excellent, communication was consistent, and the team really took ownership throughout the process. Even though the Enterprise rental issues were not their fault, they stepped in, coordinated directly with Enterprise, and handled the situation so I didn’t have to. That level of accountability and care is rare.

I’m totally satisfied with the quality of the repair. The work looks excellent, the finish is clean, and everything lines up and functions properly again. My vehicle was returned to me in great condition, and I feel confident in the repair.

10/10. Customer service was exceptional, especially given how stressful the rental car situation was. Enterprise was extremely difficult to reach on pickup day and it caused a long delay, even though the pickup was arranged. Gerber staff were also on hold trying to get through, kept me updated the entire time, and helped get the situation resolved so I could move forward. I felt taken care of from start to finish.
