It's all about broken promises. 0ne promised 2 complete repairs. It took over 2 weeks. You promised 2 repair our AC. It still does not work. I haven't brought it back because I don't want 2 trust you again.

Although they did a nice job on the physical repairs they neglected the mechanical problems with the alignment. In addition whatever was used to clean my dashboard left millions of spots on my windshield which I am having difficulty removing

I've never had a problem before, but the issue with my key fob is a huge disappointment. Its my only gripe, but its a huge one.

Took my car in to fix the rear end after being rear ended. Drove as normal over and dropped key in drop box. About a week later they called and said my key fob is broken. It worked fine for me. Later on they claimed it was dead. I put a new battery in and its still broken. That was the only one i had.
