This was an absolutely fantastic group of people to work with from beginning to end. My vehicle was finished in two weeks; during that time I was kept in the loop at all times between Colby and incoming texts. There is another extremely important characteristic this company embodies and that is their overall humanity. It is so totally rare to find any business that truly cares for the personal problems that occur in your life. The type of problem that affects their income and yours, but totally to my surprise, when a setback for me happened unexpectedly; I called and explained the situation and was told they would have to go to management. In less than 30 minutes I was called back with a completely unexpected solution. This is NOT what we get from businesses these days but it DID HAPPEN with the kindness and caring of this company. In closing I would like to say it is my hope to not have another accident but if it happens, tome or one of my family members or friends, then I would not hesitate using and/ or recommending GERBER COLLISION & GLASS again. I was really impressed all around. The clear, prompt communication about repair status was really appreciated. The cleanliness of the shop was also something I noticed, and Lily went above and beyond and gave me a ride to the rental store. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable, and they finished the repairs quickly. Great experience.
