I was totaly against all that was quoted to me and the procedures. I believed that for the minimal damage, I did not need all of the attention that was promised. At present, it is my obligation to warn any other customers that when you bring your vehicle to Gerber, I will guarantee you 100% you will leave as a victim of thier professionalism. Outstanding work. Timely execution of repair. Attention to detail and they practice honesty there at Gerber. Great customer service from the receptionist to the Genersl Manager. I was trested as a valued customer from the 1st day of buisness. I was given a walk around to validate all was completed from the quoted estimate. No hidden fees and tgry even cleaned up the inside of my vehicle. I cant remeber if i filled my tank before bringing it in however my tank was full. Knowing the other shops around town , I can assure you that you will not get the service Gerber provides. Should I have another misfortune, I will definitely make the decision to revisit that Gerber experience. This is a Ford F150 owner and I approve this message
