I am not completely satisfied with the service that I received from your company. I presented to pickup my vehicle and noticed that there was paint left on the reflector light that was replaced. I was then informed that because there was no one there to remove it being that it was the end of the day that I would have to bring the vehicle back at a later date. In my opinion, this is unprofessional with no consideration for my time!

I'm always pleased with the customer service and the quality of work done at Gerber. The Geico representative was extremely helpful. The receptionist was very sweet and knew me by name. I did have to return to the shop after the service due to the bumper clip popping off, and they quickly and politely fixed it and sent me on my eay. Great job guys! I'd definitely recommend others, and will return for future services if needed.
