In my previous comments you have seen how many times I had to return to the Champs collision center for getting my repair refixed. I should have gone to a toyota dealership and will refer my friends to go to dealership rather than Champs.

After getting the car delivered I had to visit champs two additional times to get the things fixed. First time, the rear bumper wasn't fixed so they had to fix it. Then I found out that water was leaking through one of the replaced doors. They had to keep the car for one additional day to fix that. Thet should have checked the car before delivering it to me. Worst repair I have seen so far.

I am satisfied with the customer service. The service manager "David" was awesome. But unfortunately I had to go to Champs few more times as the repair was not done properly.

I was very pleased with the service I was given. My salesman David was very knowledgeable about what I needed done. I was very pleased with how my car looked and that they took the time to clean it. It looked 100% better when I picked it up. I also liked the text updates. Great service!

Anna was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. I do not remember the gentleman's name who escorted me to my car to remove items from it, he was very polite and helpful. My car did not have any repairs because it was totaled but I will definitely recommend Champ's to my family & friends.
