I had called two days after dropping off my vehicle. The person I spoke with sounded shocked that I was checking in, and stated it would be an additional two to three weeks for completion. I was honestly surprised by her tone, as well as the fact that work hadn’t started on it. In the end, I am happy with the repair. It didn’t take even two weeks to get the car back - for which I am grateful.

Very friendly and very rapid service. I think I was 15 minutes early for a small repair and the Kingsford center had my vehicle in and out in about 15 minutes. It was like I wasn’t even there.
