Very friendly and very rapid service. I think I was 15 minutes early for a small repair and the Kingsford center had my vehicle in and out in about 15 minutes. It was like I wasn’t even there.

I was very pleased that Travis did what he could to accommodate taking my truck in and getting it back to me for my trip to Florida. The replacement grill did not arrive in time through no fault of Gerber. It will be taken care of when I return in May. Repairs that I looked over seemed to be very good. Travis did tell me that today they were going to detail both the inside and outside of the truck. The inside was not detailed, but that’s OK. Not sure why my truck was driven nearly 20 miles while it was there. But overall I would recommend them and I would use them for collision repair again.

The work done was good but I feel like communication needs to be better. I was originally told it was going to be 7-10 days. Once 13 days passed without hearing anything I called to ask how much longer they told me another week. Another week went by, no update so again I called and they told me it was going to be another week. I wish they would just account for extra time instead of continually telling me one more week when that usually wasn’t the case. And then if the time does get extended call the owner and just let them know of the delay. Everyone I talked to was always nice and helpful which I appreciated. Just wish they were more accurate with estimated time done and better communication on extra time needed.
