Didn't buff out any scratches, half painted scratches with dark touchup paint. I told them I didn't want touchup paint used if it was going to look black and it's pretty close to the color. A phonecall from them would have been nice. Charged 4 hours to do touchup paint and they didn't even do all of it. Told the guy to not make my car look like crap. You can still feel the scratches and it's dark paint instead of white scratches. Charged 3 hours to install a basic windshield.
