Yes, but, joking on the side, let them know not to expect communication until the jobs done 🙄 most people, like myself, don't care about updates. Just want an excellent job when done. Of which, it was. Very impressive with the inside cleaning they also did.

All right, I guess. Was expecting updates but never got any. It would be best if they wouldn't tell anyone about giving updates, if they do then that would be a plus for them when people didn't expect it.

Check in was extremely easy, everyone I spoke to was very personabpe and helpful. Everyone was extremely polite when I called for updates. Had a doctor appointment a couple hours away the day it was due to be ready and needed to leave town at 11 and even though it was estimated to be done later than 11, they worked to get it out before then.

I am very happy with the repairs on my Subaru Outback. Accidents are always stressful, and I appreciate Gerber working with my insurance company to get everything organized.
