Great work but quicker turn around time would be much better. You had my truck for 12 days... to my knowledge nothing more was needed to complete the repair from initial estimate.

While I have yet to review everything that was done, at a quick look everything looks good, concerning what I knew to be wrong as a result of the deer hit. I know Gerber did more than what I could see, but what I can see looks good. The vehicle was nicely cleaned in the cab. The only comment I would have is perhaps you could use a cleaner that doesn't smell so strong. I can handle it, and as I drive it (with the windows down) the smell is dissipating. My wife has a condition that makes her very sensitive to perfumy smells, which this is. Until I air it out some more I will probably avoid taking her in the truck (or maybe have her ride in the box - just kidding).

The only thing that could perhaps be improved would be to communicate more often as to the progress. I was told the truck would probably take a week to a week-and-a-half to finish. I wasn't in a hurry to get it, but near the end of the second week, after not hearing from the shop, I reached out just to see how much longer it might be, but I wasn't in a big hurry to get it back. I was told that additional damage was discovered that required ordering some new parts. I understood that completely and thanked the shop for updating me.

Got us in fast and did a high quality repair. Staff was professional and great to work with. Vehicle was nice and clean (inside and out)when picked up. Lobby/customer waiting area was clean and inviting. Overall very pleased and will very likely be a repeat customer if the need for another repair is in our future. I’m not sure what happened, but besides the push button tailgate which is garbage from Chevy, my tailgate now squeaks obnoxiously and I have to force it to go down. Not sure what’s going on there
