I am so happy with my service at Gerber Collision & Glass. The service was quick and the communication throughout the process was thorough. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, things were taking longer than expected but I was updated frequently and it was no problem. The repair looks great and I am thankful my car was left like new on the inside and out.

It seemed like it was a long process,, but I consistently had updates. The final result was simply amazing! The hit was in a difficult spot and now it’s looking like new!! Just wonderful service.

I was supposed to pick up my car around 3 but had something come up and I wasn’t able to any more, when I called to let Gerber know, they offered to stay late so I could still get my car the same day and avoid being billed another day by insurance, that was SO nice! The inside of my car was completely detailed and cleaned, which I wasn’t expecting at all but was so nice as well. Not to mention, my car was ready for pick up 3 business days earlier than originally scheduled which was awesome. My car looks good as new and all the staff I interacted with were very helpful and friendly :)
