Gerber Collision & Glass kept me posted as much as possible and when I heard other companies saying my car would be done in March (3 months), Gerber said January (2 weeks) and they did just that! The communication was top-notch! Riley was so very professional, yet personal, as well as Kevin! I was explained in detail as to what needed to be done and the cost/time estimate. It would be nice when getting phone calls about vehicle updates if there was more info available. I also had to take my car in for a tire repair two days later as a valve stem was not put in correctly on the drivers side front tire and my tire dropped an insane amount while I was on the interstate… the guy at tires plus told me it wasn’t pulled all the way thru correctly and could just push on it and it was losing tons of air.
