If I could give this an "11" I would. I was communicated with extremely well. At first my truck was scheduled to come in and be repaired before the holiday, however due to them being busy, they kindly asked if I could postpone my drop off date so that I wasn't without my vehicle for 4 weeks instead of the estimated 1. I found this very courteous and respectful. I was also notified every Tues/Thurs about the status of my repair both via text as well as a courtesy call. Lastly, to my surprise, even though this was a bumper replacement they reset and confirmed all calibrations and sensors. I was given a walk through to make sure I was happy with the repair and what exactly was done. They even cleaned and detailed the inside which I very much appreciated. Would recommend every day to anyone.
