Sometimes life hands you lemons (someone backs up into the side of your car), Gerber Collision & Glass helped me make lemonade from the situation after I attempted to make it myself; AKA: deal with the other parties insurance on my own with a smaller body repair shop. Within a few days I was called up, got my car in with the adjuster and a plan was set in place. Within 2 weeks I had my car fixed and with absolutely zero trouble or hassle thanks to Gerber! My car looks better than it did going in and it didn't have the usual "old guy body shop smell" after they fixed her up. So, if you're like me and find yourself with a junk ton of lemons (your car needs repaired and you need help doing so), call these guys! Honest, fair, fast and thorough!

I am absolutely satisfied with Gerber Collision and Glass!! They have been both professional and highly attentive to my needs. They were very patient with me and all the questions I asked. They went out of their way to try and contact my insurance company for me to clear up some questions that needed answering. They were very hospitable as well. On the day I was to return my rental car and pick up my own they did not make me feel bad for running late and also allowed me to pick up my car even though there were some questions about my paying a deductible that I did not know about, and tried contacting my insurance company to get it cleared up. He trusted me to know I would be back if I did. They made me feel like everything would all work its way out. Oh and they found something that got missed accidentally at the Valpo garage on a different occasion and got ahold of them for me because they knew it happened from the first repair that was done from a separate incident when I hit black ice and slid into the guard rail. So they are taking care of that at no cost to me. The work is impeccable and flawless!! Finally, knowing that there is a lifetime warranty on the work they did on my car made me feel like I definitely brought my car to the right place!!! Thank you Gerber Collision and Glass😊🤗👍🙏😇
