I had the unfortunate experience of having two tornadoes, break large branches that smashed my Ridgeline, within 15 days. My first experience was extraordinary. Very fast turnaround and the team at the Michigan City location made it look like nothing ever happened. The second time was different due to the widespread storm damage. Both the shop and the rental car companies were impacted by the storm. Additionally the damage was more severe. So the turn around did take longer, but the quality of the repair reflects the dedication of the professionals at Caliber Collision. I will recommend this company to anyone who requires body work on their vehicle and specifically Jeff and his team.

Getting my car back was the only thing I was looking forward too since I dropped it off last Friday, and you guys didnt disappoint as it looks absolutely beautiful! Its awesome the kinda work you guys can get done in less then two weeks, an absolutely fantastic job all around with amazing customer service! Was my first time having to go through a body shop for repairs and you guys made a stressful situation way easier to deal with and I really do appreciate it!
