If communications were improved, I would recommend. However. Due to employees being overloaded and not communicating, I would say seven.

Final repair - 7 - original bumpers were a satin/ matte finish - they are now clear coated with shine , there is a dent in bottom of passages side back door that was replaced there is also a run in the paint a “fisheye paint flaw” on bed side - passenger side.

The repair quality looks good with a few flaws , but communication was inconsistent. After a week with no updates, I learned my original estimator had quit and my file was reassigned. Seemed like new estimator was left to deal with everything on his own without help from other employee employees - unfortunately,I had to initiate contact each time for updates. The repair was delayed over three weeks due to a sick employee and a delayed part, which I understand, but during the final week my estimator went on vacation without notice and I was transferred again. Better communication and continuity would have greatly improved the experience.

Overall a great experience. The tech was very informative and answered all the questions I had. The repair took over a month (which is the only complaint I have) which resulted in out of pocket rental car fees, but the branch manager was quick to absorb some of those costs.

Gerber Collision did a great job of getting our vehicle in and worked on in a timely fashion. The process of the work was well communicated. At the end we can not see where the damage was and the car came back cleaner than it was when dropped off.
