Polite staff, but irresponsible with keeping me updated on progress, the cost increase, the battery being completely drained and told it was "a little low", and the uncleanliness when I picked it up.

This shop had my car for 6 weeks, when I was told it would be 5-7 days up front. The final bill was $1400.00 more than my original estimate. When I picked it up, It was not washed, and I was told the battery was low. In fact the battery was completely drained and left me by myself at a shop after dark. I had to purchase a new battery. I was told that they were not responsible for making sure the battery stayed charged. I believe that is their responsibility if they know they will have the vehicle that long. That was an extra cost to me and another day without my car.

I was treated extremely well from start to finish… Matt went above and beyond for me, I cannot say or thank him enough for treating me so well and not like a dumb woman. Everyone in the office was very courteous and didn’t treat me like a number. Although I wish my vehicle was never hit, if God forbid this ever happens again to me, Matt will be one of the first people I contact for guidance and help.

Beautiful repair and paint job, during the repairs the center console with gear shift lever was damaged. I refuse to drive vehicle with the floating loose console Was told it’s my problem. It wasn’t broke when I left vehicle for repairs, how Is It my problem?

Absolutely a great experience they got my repair done fairly quick. They did awesome with communication would text and update me every step of the way , and the car is completely brand new as if nothing happened. Really happy and I can really tell went the extra mile to assure I was happy, entire staff is super friendly Matt and Oliver were just great on explaining the whole process so I knew everything that happened with my car. Really happy with my entire experience at Gerber

I appreciated getting text message updates from Matt each week. When I called, he was always available to speak to me. Great person to work with great customer service. I hope I don’t need a autobody shop in the future but if I do, I would not hesitate in returning to Gerber in Labelle thanks to Matt and Oliver.
