Needed the rental untill payday, repair shop informed my insurance the vehicle was ready for pick canceling my rental car, upon pick up i was informed I would need to bring the vehicle back to have an additional part put on resulting in additional time off work. All this when they could've kept the vehicle untill the part came in and I could kept the rental and my vacation time, a win win...

Y’all did a great job. I realize it took some time to find the rocker panel once we receive the rocker panel. It was only a couple days till the job was completed. Thanks to Cody. The job was done very professionally.

My entire experience working with Caliber Collision was wonderful, from start to finish...when I picked it up after completion, it was fully clean inside, and they even gave my Dorothy a bath! But...let's talk about Mike Sutherland...he is a wonderful person. He gave me updates throughout the process, has a great personality, and even laughs at my sense of humor! You need to do everything it takes to KEEP HIM...he is a cornerstone of your business, and treated me, a person obviously having issues, like a queen. Thanks Mike, keep being the wonder you are! 🏆👌☺️
