I am satisfied with all the repairs and Jen was amazing! I did have a blind spot mirror that I installed myself but it was broken off as well as broken into two pieces. Other than that, I had a great experience.

The fit of the bumper cover is not fitted correctly. Gaps are uneven. Standing back away from the car you can tell it was in an accident. Driverside mirror still has damage on it

It was a huge headache that I drove the car off the lot (at closing time) without functioning turn signals/headlights only working in certain settings. The car shouldn't have been returned to me in that condition.

Jen was very kind but she did not follow up when she said she would. She told me on Weds "I will follow up with you tomorrow one way or another" when she had told me earlier that day I could pick up the car, and then when I was about the go pick up the car she called me back and said they found an issue and never mind. She did not call me again to tell me it was ready until Monday. I did not find that proactive at all, or keeping me informed at all. She was definitely kind, but I desperately wished for more urgency and communication.

The whole process was outstanding. From the time of my arrival the ladies at the desk were personable, professional and knowledgeable. They quickly connected me to Ms Nina who was responsive, knowledgeable and my POC for status updates. Lastly, the repairs on my vehicle were impressive and completed before initial completion date.
