The alignment needs some additional adjustment because the car likes to veer to the right when the steering wheel is in a neutral position. The Grand Cherokee nameplate was not replaced on the driver's door even though I was charged for it. There is some discoloration on the driver's side second row back door window and frame.

I am satisfied with all the repairs and Jen was amazing! I did have a blind spot mirror that I installed myself but it was broken off as well as broken into two pieces. Other than that, I had a great experience.

The fit of the bumper cover is not fitted correctly. Gaps are uneven. Standing back away from the car you can tell it was in an accident. Driverside mirror still has damage on it
