Alana was wonderful and the young lady who is working at the front counter is the right person have there. She is so sweet. The communication was excellent and way we were treated showed that there's a sensitivity for people who are dealing with accidents and traumas. I was very impressed!

My Experience

I have not viewed the repair yet. Alana was my point person and I could not have higher regard for this service individual. She updated me when other people had already left for the day. She asked important questions during the repair and always returned my communications. I will be by the workshop personally to thank her and by then I will have seen the repair although I am not worried.

Flaw on bumper paint. Excessive gaps on after market front quarter panel. Asked to have damaged OEM front quarter panel returned to me. Instead it was thrown away by repair technician. I was promised another front quarter panel would be purchased and given to me. Haven’t heard a word from Caliber as of yet. I am a returning customer, however after this repair I will be taking my business elsewhere. Very disappointing. Past experience 8 out of 10. Office staff/front desk always helpful and friendly.

It was a pleasure getting my car repaired at Caliber Collision. Everyone was friendly, very knowledgeable and very thorough. My car was repaired fast. This was the second time I’ve used Caliber Collision. I would use them again and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Dean was very thorough and kept me updated consistently and I never had to worry about whether my truck was being taken care of and it was so in a promptly and timely manner. All of the staff there was very pleasant and polite. Dean answered all of my questions with the utmost thoroughness and anything that I did not understand he explained with patience to me. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to any and everyone in the future. Thank you to your company and all of its employees. I had an excellent experience.
