Gerber was great! I’m not going to lie, we were a bit concerned at first because it was such a small place! But honestly, the experience and results we got have far surpassed experiences with large corporate sized repair shops! Some things we appreciated with Gerber; the routine updates- we loved being kept in the loop, being given an expected completion date was a great start, then we were given weekly updates and status checks when the vehicle would move between stages of the repair process. When we picked it up, they listened to my concerns about a spot that needed more buffing (could still see some scratches) they didn’t dismiss my feedback and request to clean it up a bit more. And they were fast about getting the extra buffing done! I hope I never need body work again, but if I do, we’ll definitely be bringing it back to Gerber! Shelby was great with helping get the claim process moving. And we had a nice gentleman (sorry I don’t recall his name) help us when pointing out the scratches to get more buffing done. He was polite and recognized my concerns. He didn’t make me feel like a Karen trying to complain. :)
