Gerber Collision did a great job with fixing my vehicle. They were all very nice but the receptionist was very nice and welcoming. She greeted when the door opened and had a welcoming smile. The gentleman that did the assessment on my vehicle was very informative and when I picked up my vehicle he was the same when showing me the repairs that were made. Awesome body shop. Highly recommend to others.

The job was done like a unprofessional. I found some spots unpainted and audio systems is not working even though the speakers came with new doors. I called the office they say advised me talk to insurance. I had called insurance, insurance told me that they need to talk to shop and later insurance told me that I need to have the audio system diagnostic by dealership to prove that it was damaged by storm. My question is to the repair shop that you as a professional inspector when you inspect vehicles should not you have awarded what could damage by water. Even though I explained what happened to the vehicle.
