I am blown away that Gerber in Labelle was able to get my car in on a Monday and fully repaired and ready to go by that Friday. I had the accident back in September of 2022, and it’s taken this long for someone to take me. Service was great and every staff member was consistently polite and courteous.

I used Gerber in Fort Myers in April of 2022. I wanted to use them again, but since Hurricane Ian, they were not taking new customers. I was super excited that LaBelle was taking customers. I will say that EVERY person at Gerber in Labelle is EXTREMELY courteous and polite. They remembered you and treated you like your individual car was top priority. The downside is that I noticed problems with the repair job about a week after I picked up my car. There was a pretty good size gap between the trunk and the side of the car, and I somehow didn’t recognize this before. The side of the bumper also pops out at the top very slightly, which Gerber explained is due to parts Progressive will or won’t allow them to put on. I think I was so happy to get my car back that I didn’t inspect it thoroughly. This LaBelle location is an hour away from where I live, so having to drive back out there was not fun. I drove 4 hours in two days to get the car fixed again. Again, they are beyond pleasant people to work with, but I think they should’ve inspected their job before telling me to pick up the car.
