It took much longer than expected to repair my vehicle, and on pickup, I have several alerts and alarms going off on my dash and I can’t take the transmission out of 4 wheel drive mode. Oliver told me to take it to the Ford dealership to have the codes cleared and update the computer. Ford wants $200 just to look at my vehicle. These codes and alerts were not flashing prior to me dropping my vehicle off.

They guys were wonderful. Everything looks great on my the car. Repairs so far check out to be perfect paint matches. So far so good no issues thank you gerber! Matt and oliver went above and beyond to help me out. And when it came down to pick it up there was a small road block and oliver even stayed late until i cleared up something with the insurance company so i could pick it up the car up that day still he deserves a raise. Thanks again everyone !!! A1++ service!

The job was quoted to be completed in 10 days. Total time ended up almost 4 weeks. Front bumper repair is uneven and they are saying it’s a GMC issue. Not satisfied at all.
