The repair was beautiful and timely. Reception into the business was very friendly! Loves Daisy! However on departure, I was handed keys, signed some papers and was told to have a nice day. I would have really liked to have learned about the repair. Was there bindi applied and where? Were the parts needed for the repair new or refurbished? Anything wrong frame wise? Show me what you did.

I would definitely recommend Gerber to anyone that I know that would need the kind of service that they provide. This is my second time having to use their services, my insurance company was looking at another facility but I ask if they were still a facility that I could use. I was glad when they said yes.
