The Johnston Street location in Lafayette LA is amazing! Their customer service is unmatched. Brittany is very professional and thorough. She kept me updated daily and sometime several times daily when there was a change in the status of my car repair. The repair of my car was done with perfection! Like brand new!

Repair was very quick. Staff was attentive and helpful. There was a small allignment issue with bumper cover repair. I notified the manager, and he ordered the part needed to fix the issue. Short from that minor hiccup, I am very pleased with this shop and would reccomend to others
