Gerber does absolutely phenomenal work! This isn’t the first time I’ve had work done with Gerber! I highly highly recommend Gerber for body work! My car has never looked better! Looks brand new! From the first initial call up to the day I picked my car up was a dream! The staff was super sweet and friendly! They go above and beyond for their customers! JNay was amazing. Her customer service is above and beyond the normal expectations. The vehicle looks really good. There is just one part that isn’t aligning correctly. I’m not sure if it’s missing a tack or something to hold the piece down, but the rest looks great.

The first day I walked in, the girl behind the counter was horrible. However, JNay saved the day by going above and beyond and making me feel more comfortable. If it wasn’t for JNay, I would never have gone back to your location. The first girl … who is the first persons customer sees when they walk in…barely looked up from her computer. Took several minutes to even greet me. I had to ask her if I should sit down or if I needed to stand and wait at the counter. It was a very weird and awkward few minutes. JNay came in, greeted me and helped me from there. The first girl at the computer should not be the face of your business.
