My car almost looks brand new. The color of the paint matches perfectly, my car was washed, the inside vacuumed and dusted and the windows were cleaned too. Not only that, my car was even delivered to my house. I couldn't have asked for more!

Although the process was long, I understand a chunk of the time was insurance related. Despite that, the staff at Gerber in Lakewood on Cedar Drive were excellent! They were incredibly warm, caring, and provided wonderful communication and updates on the progress of the repairs. Wonderful services, and I highly recommend!

The process of getting my car repaired was seamless, beginning with Tiffany calling to set the appointment. Stacia did the intake and provided daily updates. My car was finished two days earlier than expected and it looks great. Staff are friendly and handled everything very well. My fourth visit and always great. Would only recommend Gerber to family and friends
