My name is Justin Tran. I had my 2004 jeep wrangler taken in for repairs for my back end. I was referred by allstate insurance due to a claim I had made through them. First off I would like to say the staff was very friendly. My dissatisfaction was when I got my jeep back, I noticed my rpm would continuously rev back and forth rattling from 0 to 1000rpm in neutral and following that it seemed like my jeep was having a hard time staying on (Choking). I believe this is due to the alignment you guys had Green mountaind do. When a alignment is done it tweeks the idler and belts causing this to happen. Im dissatisfied because you guys should have checked this before allowing me to drive it off your lot. Please contact me Asap 3035200405
