I brought my 2008 Toyota Sequoia in for repair due to backing into a power pole. As a result of the impact, my rear hatch closes but not latch. It automatically reopens. To their credit, the repair shop will make an attempt to remedy the problem. If not, they will submit an additional claim to USAA for proper repair. We'll see what happens when I bring it back in for further evaluation..
