They made the process very easy and hassle free they took care of calling the insurance in having everything figured out in terms of making the payments,when it was my first time having to take my car to get it fix and I didn’t know what to do. The two ladies there where very nice and explain everything that they where doing.

The driver's door power window is supposed to raise and lower based on a touch and release. The touch and release function works fine to lower the window but to raise the window I must hold the switch. Minor issue. But, it does not make the car completely, 100% whole.

Trilby was so helpful through the process. This was my second time here and it’s always great. She even met me one evening after I worked a long shift so that I was able to get my car. I appreciate her so much. She’s awesome!
